CANCELLATION POLICY        This policy applies to any cancellation of a private charter, or reduction in the number of passengers you booked on a shared charter.  If you cancel 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your trip date, there will be no charge.  If you cancel between 8 and 13 days prior to your trip date, 50% of the charter price will be charged. Any cancellation 7 days or less before the scheduled charter, or if you do not present yourself on the day of the charter, will be charged 100% of your reserved space for that charter.  We reserve the right to cancel a charter due to mechanical failure or unsafe weather conditions.  When we cancel a trip, you will not be charged.

We docked and found a huge pod who we swam with for over an hour. Fresh lunch was served. Capt. Ray and Eliza were very accommodating and skillful. They made me feel safe and secure and confident as a first time dolphin swimmer. We felt welcome as if they were our friends from way back when. The luxurious boat was spotless clean and the food was tasty/fresh. We have two teenage kids who also loved feeling like they were on their own boat as well. But it gets even better, swimming/snorkeling with the dolphins took our breath away with Eliza right close explaining their behaviors. Just when we thought we'd seen what we came for, we snorkeled in the Capt. Cook memorial area and saw countless fish, sea life that we'd never seen before on our numerous snorkeling trips in the islands of Hawaii. It just doesn't get any better than a cruise on Shogun with Capt. Ray and his friendly crew. And a big thanks to Vicki back at home base with our booking.
